Run your sub-merchant network

Create and manage a network of points of sale: capped wallets, identity verification, automatic fund collection and controlled payouts.

Bulk creation

Add your sub-merchants one by one or in batches, each with a dedicated wallet.

Built-in KYC

Every point of sale is verified before operating, through your process or ours.

Balance caps

Cap each wallet's balance to control your exposure.

Automatic collection

Daily or weekly sweeping of balances to your collection account.

Controlled payouts

Every payout requires dual approval: the requester and the approver are always distinct. And your system is notified by signed webhook: wallet activated or rejected at KYC, payout executed or failed.

Refunds & statements

Bulk refund campaigns and a monthly statement per sub-merchant.

The portal, for real

Four eyes are better than two

Sensitive movements across your network — payouts, top-ups — follow the four-eyes principle: whoever requests never approves. Your governance lives in the platform, not in a spreadsheet.

Your network, in three steps

  1. Enrol

Individual or batch creation, identity verification included.

  2. Operate

    Caps, top-ups, per-point-of-sale collection tracking.

  3. Collect

Automatic balance sweeping and dual-approved payouts.

Distribution, for those who collect on behalf of a network

Aggregators, franchises, agent networks: declared sub-merchants, separated flows, one overview.

Franchise networks

Each franchisee collects, the franchisor supervises

Every point of sale is a sub-merchant with its own incoming payments and its own payout. The network head sees consolidated activity without touching anyone's till — and everyone stays accountable for their own flows.

Service platforms

Collect for independent providers

A platform matching customers and providers declares each provider as a sub-merchant: everyone's money is identified the moment it is collected, instead of being untangled afterwards from a shared account.

Multi-brand groups

Separate brands, one steering view

Each brand in the group keeps its books, its teams and its access. Group management gets the overview — volumes, statuses, incidents — without mixing the ledgers of two companies.

Frequently asked questions about distribution

What exactly is a sub-merchant?

An entity declared under your partner account, with its own identity, payments and payouts. It is verified like any merchant — documents and trade register — before taking payments in production.

Who sees what in a sub-merchant network?

The partner sees the whole network: volumes, statuses, incidents — every payment attached to its point of sale from the moment of the transaction. Each sub-merchant, in turn, receives a monthly statement covering only its own activity. Portal roles and access are managed on the partner side, and every action is traced.

How does money flow between my sub-merchants and me?

Each sub-merchant's collections are identified from the transaction onward and follow the split defined when the partnership was set up. Nothing is pooled into a common pot to redistribute by hand.

How long does adding a new sub-merchant take?

Declaration happens from the portal or through the API; verification follows the same path as any merchant — identity documents and trade register, with dual approval. The sub-merchant can start taking payments as soon as it is approved.
