Explicit consent
Your customer's card is only kept with their consent, given at the first payment.
Subscriptions with explicit customer consent, notice before every charge and automatic retries: recurring billing, done properly.
Your customer's card is only kept with their consent, given at the first payment.
Your customer gets a notice by email — and on WhatsApp if you enable it — 0 to 30 days before each due date (3 days by default): no surprise debit, fewer disputes.
Four spaced attempts — on the due date, then one, three and seven days later — and only on temporary failures.
Active, past due, paused, completed, cancelled: every subscription has a clear status, visible in the portal.
Due dates and retries are computed in the Africa/Casablanca timezone — the same one your business runs on.
Create and manage your subscriptions from the portal or through the API, under the same rules.
Each subscription carries its cadence, its next due date and the state of its charges. Pause, resume or cancel straight from its page.
Real screenshot of the portal. Amounts, names and references are fictional — the screen is the one you will get.

As long as a period remains unpaid, no new period is billed. Your customer doesn't accumulate silent debt — and your books stay accurate.
Amount, frequency, description — from the portal or the API.
First payment with explicit consent to keep the card.
Prior notice, charge, automatic retries if needed.
Create the plan once; collection, reminders and history follow on their own.
Gyms & clubs
Every member is charged when their plan falls due. No more binder of guarantee cheques and front-desk reminders: the portal shows who's paid up, who failed, and follows up cleanly.
Schools & training centres
A plan per grade or per package, one payment per family per month. Administration sees payment status in real time, and each family's full history fits on a single page — useful when certificates are requested.
Software & online services
Monthly or annual plans, deferred starts, optional end dates: the subscriptions API manages the full lifecycle, and webhooks keep your customer base current — activation on subscribe, cut-off on failed payment.
ChariPay automatically retries temporary failures — on the due date, then one, three and seven days later — and sends your customer a fallback payment link. You are notified by webhook and keep control: offer another saved card, pause, or cancel. While an instalment remains unpaid, no new period opens.
A subscription carries a fixed amount and cadence. To change plans, cancel the old one — cancellation takes effect with no extra instalment — and create the new one on the same customer: their saved card is reused, with no new consent flow.
At your request, at the customer's request passed on by you, or at an end date set at creation. Cancellation takes effect with no extra instalment, and the status moves to “cancelled”, visible in the portal and through the API. When a subscription is cancelled automatically after failed retries, the subscription.canceled webhook also notifies your server.
Choose the date of the first instalment freely: nothing is collected before it. A deferred start acts as a launch period, and the customer exists in your base from day one.
